Embroidery & Silkscreening

RLK "decorates" thousands of garments each year.  Any garment can be decorated with your company or event logo using one of two processes - embroidery or silkscreening.

Our Tajima embroidery machines can sew logos up to 12 colors. We can accept your logo for embroidery by disk, CD, color print out or email. We will digitize your logo on disk so it can be read by our embroidery machines. There is a one-time digitization charge that reflects the number of stitches required to sew your logo. Digitization costs average between $75 and $200.

Embroidery up to 12 Colors

Artwork for screen printing must be black and white, color-separated "camera-ready" art. If you don't have camera-ready art, our graphic design staff will create or change existing art for you at very economical rates. Your artwork will then be converted into "screens" that represent each color included in your logo. Please contact RLK for a set-up quote.

When submitting artwork to RLK for embroidery, EPS, AI, JPEG, PSD, and TIFF files are all acceptable. When submitting artwork for silkscreening, EPS and AI files are preferred.

All Embroidered Garments are Steamed, Folded and Polybagged
